When you submit an enquiry, we receive the name, email, phone number, service type, country, requested appointment date and message you provide.
How we use it
We store this information in the agency’s protected enquiry system so authorized staff can respond, arrange a consultation and provide the requested service information.
Operational information
For security and abuse prevention, the system stores a keyed one-way hash derived from the connection address and limited browser information. It does not store the connection address itself. Administrative security events are retained for a limited period to help identify misuse.
Bot protection
When Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled, Cloudflare may process limited technical information needed to determine whether a submission is made by a person or an automated system. It is used for security rather than advertising.
Browser storage
The website stores your cookie-notice preference in your browser. Essential session cookies support form and administrator security. No advertising or behavioral tracking cookies are included.
Retention and rights
Enquiries should be kept only as long as needed for the stated purpose and applicable legal obligations. Authorized staff can archive or delete records. Security events are automatically pruned after 180 days. You may contact the agency to request access, correction or deletion, subject to legal requirements.
